Once cakes are delivered and set up or picked up by the client, the cakes are no longer my responsibility, SW Cakes is not responsible for and damages to the cake after it is delivered and set up or picked up by the client that are due to factors that are out of my control.

Cake deposits will not be refunded, unless I have to cancel the cake order due to unforeseen circumstances! If you have to cancel or postpone your cake order if notified more than five days in advance your cake deposit can be transferred to another order at a later date, if I have purchased special or specific items for your cake those will be yours to use at a later date and time!

If we are delivering the cake to a location and have to wait for you beyond agreed time, for the first 10min there is a $5 charge and every min after that it will be a $1 per min!
